Fast Track spare-part program

We at Rodelta understand that you can’t afford downtime in your plant operations, which is why you need rapid response to your replacement needs. Rodelta started their Fast Track spare-part program in order to support there branded products. As there are: Delta Pompen, Sulzer Delta (Sulzer Benelux) and VDA pompen b.v. (VDA pumps) and Rodelta.

The Fast Track spare-part program contains a central point of contact for all your questions and replacement needs, a parts warehouse with a stock of the most common pump parts and a Fast Track manufacturing center that makes pump parts and components available to you at short notice.

• As an Original Equipment Manufacturer, we strongly advise the use of original parts in your equipment. We have frequently encountered malfunctioned pumps that have been fitted with parts that are reverse-engineered or procured from companies claiming to have original parts. This approach, of trying to save money on parts, does not take into account the costs and administrative work associated with revising the pump. When parts are inadequate, the pump can trip, resulting in additional costs for the complete exercise, not to mention loss of production and potential risks at the plant.

  At Rodelta, we have access to the original design dossiers (CE/ATEX) for all our product lines. These dossiers contain specific information about post-treatment requirements, wearing layers, material specifications, material certificates, testing, inspection, dimensions, tolerance, and upgrades that are crucial to the proper functioning of the pump. This information cannot be obtained through reverse engineering or companies offering “like-for-like” products.

  We recommend purchasing genuine OEM spare parts to ensure quality, safety, performance, and warranty. This will also provide coverage in case of any consequential damage that insurance companies may attempt to recover in the event of accidents.

Besides supplying spare parts, our Fast Track programme offers even more possibilities. There is also the possibility to make use of our Rotaserve service engineers, who are qualified in API and non-API pumps. They are well-trained in all pump fundamental aspects and certified with all the required on-site certification to do the job for you!
