• Used in applications with liquids containing solids or abrasive slurries
• When no intermediate bearings inside the liquids are allowed
• Low OPEX and CAPEX which results in a low total cost of ownership
• Performance of the pump can be customized to customer requirements by means of a closed, open and semi-open impeller
• Where leakages are forbidden for environmental and health protection reasons
• Dry well or wet well construction possible
• Can run dry indefinitely

• Delivery size up to 200mm
• Capacity up to 1.200m3/hr
• Head up to 50m
• Suitable for liquid Temperature: Up to 200ºC  (300ºC optional)
• Sealing Arrangement: Gland packing or with mechanical seals

• Abrasive or heavy contaminated liquids in refineries petrochemical and industrial plants Clean/contaminated fluids.
• Homogeneous slurries.
• Medium Hydrocarbons.
• Primary, Secondary & activated sludge.
• Liquids with entrained gases

Constructional features:

• Heavy-duty roller bearings, non floating shaft will guarantee long bearing lifetime
• All VS5 models are fully designed to fit mechanical seal in accordance to API682
• Flanges Drilling Standard: Flanges can be as per BS EN/DIN/ANSI/ASA standard
• Rigid constructed base frame and support housing assures precise and accurate mounting
• Possibility for extended suction pipe construction. This results in a larger immersion suction depth and  can also lead to lower purchase costs.
