Lingshui (LS) 17-2 Gas Field Project (Offshore/Upstream)

Project Information:
The subsea production system for the Lingshui 17-2 field consists of 11 horizontal subsea trees, four manifolds, topside and subsea control system and a vertical tie-in connection system. The work scope also includes more than 70 kilometers of static and dynamic umbilicals, linking the subsea development to a new, semisubmersible offshore platform. Annual production of Lingshui 17-2 is estimated at 3.2 billion cubic meters (bcm), with maximum production likely to reach 3.39 bcm.

Performance audit

Rodelta signed a multi-year agreement with Vitens for performance audits.

Rodelta is pleased to announce that we have signed a multi-year agreement with Vitens, the largest supplier of drinking water in the Netherlands. The contract involves carrying out performance audits for Vitens drinking water stations. By looking carefully at the processes and layout of the systems, we aim to achieve more efficient process management. This contributes to Vitens' vision "Every drop sustainable" and supports the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Rodelta is delighted with this assignment, which fits perfectly with our company's objectives, and is confident of a successful collaboration.

Rodelta Delivers Specialized Pump Solutions for the NFXP Sulfur Project in Qatar

Rodelta is proud to announce that we have recently supplied a series of high-quality pumps for the prestigious NFXP Sulfur Project in Qatar, executed by the joint venture Técnicas Reunidas (70%) and Wison Engineering Ltd. (30%). For this project, we delivered a total of nine ETLS (OH3) API 610 pumps and nine HZC (OH3) API 610 pumps, all fully compliant with the 12th edition of the API 610 standard without a single exception.

High-Efficiency Pumps PWN Heemskerk

Nijhuis Water Technology has commissioned Rodelta to supply and install 18 high-efficient new pumps for the production facility Heemskerk, a project from the leading Dutch drinking water company PWN.

These pumps will contribute to an increase of approximately 10% in drinking water production capacity in North Holland. This capacity expansion is essential to continue meeting the growing demand for drinking water resulting from population growth,economic developments and climate change.

Rodelta is a specialist in providing innovative pumping solutions. In this particular project, they supplied a series of ETL (OH5) API 610 pumps with semi-open impellers. This design effectively minimises clogging, even when pumping small, thickened particles in the medium. The pump optimisation contributes to even better production process optimisation at the end customer.

Rodelta pumps has designed and manufactured OH5 (ETL) API 610 pump skids for a new biofuels facility for Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam. The facility, one of Europe's largest, will produce sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel from waste. The pumps must meet specific requirements, as advanced production methods and carbon capture technology will be used.

Dutch pump manufacturer Rodelta has introduced drinking water pumps powered by ABB’s SynRM motors. The pumps feature diffuser technology and are designed with a wide operating range to handle large variations in water demand. SynRM motors have proven to be a great fit for the application.
“We supply our LS diffuser pumps for drinking water pumping stations because they offer high efficiency over a wide operating range. ABB SynRM motors are ideally suited for driving the pumps - they are very efficient across the entire range.” says Andre van der Moolen, Sales Engineer, Rodelta.
There are clear reasons why Rodelta focuses on this type of technology in the drinking water pump market. The pumping stations often run 24/7, so efficient equipment can quickly produce big energy savings. In terms of total cost of ownership, the motor and pump typically account for around 20 percent of total lifetime costs, with energy consumption making up the remaining 80 percent.

Due to the current climate changes, new pump capacity is needed in the Oranjekanaal, location Orvelte in the Netherlands. As the pumps are not only responsible for water management for a large part of the Drenthe province, it also plays an important role in the fish migration route through this part of the Netherlands.

Large series of drinking water pumps for Vitens.

Vitens is the largest drinking water company in The Netherlands they deliver drinking water to 5.6 million people and companies in 7 provinces. To spare an ecologically valuable area of its purification activities, drinking water company Vitens has been decided to build a new purification and softening installation at an already existing location. The water extraction wells and the reservoir of the old location will remain in use. The water extracted there will be mixed after the completion of the new installation, which ensures that even better-quality tap water can be supplied in the future.

Drinking water distribution pumps for a Dutch drinking water producer. Rodelta supplied 2 SPV rinse water pumps and two high pressure pump skids. The skids are fitted with a UP 300/57 (BB1) pump. The pumps on a skid were also built into a sound enclosure and are fitted with a flywheel according to customer specifications.

This order was received for the largest oil and gas producer in Malaysia. Although the package was carried out by another pump supplier, there was one item in the pump package for which they could not find a suitable pump selection that met the project specification. Rodelta was able to step in and supply the three OH2 pumps suitable for the offshore application.

For a large Crude oil refinery in the Middle East, Rodelta bid a complete package of pumps among the largest pump companies in the world. After thorough evaluation by the engineering company, contractor and end-user we came out best on both technical as commercial proposal . Especially for the items with lower flow conditions, our engineered product was able to fulfill all API requirements for which the competitors were forces to take deviations. The result was a purchase order for the delivery of 62 pump skids (including seal systems) in accordance with the API 610, 11th edition

For this project we manufactured 4 off OH3 pumps for a fast track upgrade project in Dubai. After readiness of the pumps we supported the customer with local service from our service engineer to get the pumps installed and commissioned.

Evides Water Company supplies drinking water in the southwest of Holland, Zeeland and Brabant Walonie. Evides also produces various types of water for the domestic and foreign industry and is active in wastewater treatment.

ETLS pumps for oil production field Valemon

The Valemon oil production field offers recoverable oil and gas reserves, estimated to be approximately 26 billion m3 of gas and 31 million barrels of condensates, which makes it one of the biggest undeveloped gas fields in the North Sea. Cameron Ltd, one of the chosen contractors for the project run by Statoil, approached Rodelta as one of the few suppliers that was able to meet the stringent Norsok regulations and supply API approved pumps in their short timescale.

PWN Pure Water and Nature (a water supply company in North Holland) supplies tap water to thousands of customers. With the number tap water connections increasing to 750,000, it became apparent that the existing 8 Rodelta NSM 7310 pumps, although still working well, would need to be upgraded for capacity.

Abagold extends their aquaculture facilities

Abagold Ltd, the largest cultivator of farmed Abalone in South Africa, needed to extend their aquaculture facilities in Hermanus, near Cape Town in South Africa. They knew it would be a challenge, as they need to continuously pump large volumes of turbulent seawater. They required high efficiency and reliability, combined with easy maintenance, all fitting into an existing pump station. This task requires expertise and our agency knew Rodelta could help.
